Marketing Manager

We enable our customers to interpret the world around us by intelligently bridging the physical and digital worlds with unmatched technologies that sense, measure and connect.   Analog Devices is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of a broad portfolio of high performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing ICs.  This role within the High Speed Mixed Signal Business Unit drives the planning and execution of a broad market strategy to promote ADI's portfolio of high speed converters, amplifiers and RF products and maximize revenue opportunities across sub-segments and customer base. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of delivering a first class holistic experience for all our customers who do not have dedicated touch points with ADI by making our technology franchises and signal chain solutions easily accessible with full ecosystems, thought leadership, and technical support.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop evidence based Customer Journey per persona to identify critical touch points needing new approach and tools  Develop outbound marketing plans to promote High Speed Mixed Signal solutions and underlying technology leadership with a focus on the tier 2/3 customer base. Drive external and internal collateral to communicate the vision and plan to all constituencies; customers, partners, and employees.  This includes coordination with corporate activities around brand and web user experience. Work with outside vendors, partners and across ADI to build a robust ecosystem that will help make ADI technologies easily accessible to customers including reference systems, software, tools, documentation, and training programs. Work with ADI's alliance partnership program to maximize leverage and partnership opportunities that help scale our technologies, fill gaps and provide support. Regularly review the strategy, growth plans, and execution progress for business development with the business Unit staff and ADI senior leadership.   QUALIFICATIONS MBA with preferably a technical undergrad degree or a proclivity for technology 5+  years' experience in marketing or brand management Business analytical skills to help drive overall business plans; marketing opportunities, market segmentations, pricing analysis, and key success metrics Strong Leadership skills, ability to interact adeptly with senior leadership, external partners, and customers A highly collaborative relationship builder with many Business/Technical leaders to leverage internal knowledge with market knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking 13632

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
