Construction Project Scheduler

Job Description As a Construction Project Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to provide world-class solutions for our clients on interesting and challenging transportation projects. We are looking for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of the transportation industry, project controls (cost and schedule management), construction methods, and DOT experience. This opportunity is located in Lenox, MA. Our ideal candidate will have spent at least 4 years in project scheduling of transportationinfrastructure projects ranging from $100,000 to $200 million in value. Primary Responsibilities and Duties of the Project Scheduler: Independently review, analyze, and report on baseline schedules submitted by contractors. Independently review, analyze, and report on monthly schedule updates submitted by contractors Independently review, analyze, and report on time impact (entitlement) analyses submitted by contractors. Must report on findings and assist the client with negotiation of time extensions. Coordinate schedule reviews with appropriate Arcadis and MassDOT staff Follow appropriate internal control safeguards to ensure consistent reporting of accurate information Satisfactorily respond to client needs and priorities The candidate will report daily to the MassDOT office in Lenox, MA. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
