Electrician (2nd Shift)
We are seeking a 2nd shift Plant Electrician who will perform internal wiring for the plant services and oversee outside vendors on large electrical projects. Candidate will also assist the Technical Manager in troubleshooting and repair of production machine. Be accountable for trouble-shooting, repair program, replace, maintain and install electrical/electronic systems for production related equipment and building utilities within this high-speed Plastic manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include following all local, state and federal electrical codes. Documentation of problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems are also required. This position will also provide training for equipment operation and safety precautions.
Essential job functions include:
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Be responsible for overall integrity and reliability of control systems throughout the plant.
+ Provide technical support/skills for equipment troubleshooting and controls/equipment modifications.
+ Support plant maintenance department with PLC troubleshooting at a code level.
+ Work with engineering and maintenance teams to modify PLC programs in order to improve operations.
+ Provide guidance and support for preventative and predictive maintenance tools.
+ Design and layout circuits, install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment/components.
+ Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to increase platform performance.
+ Assist with training new employees as needed.
+ Attend meetings and trainings as required.
+ Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate must have:
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ A current Mass license, 2-3 years? experience in electrical maintenance or equivalent education in a related field.
+ Proficiency in basic computer skills.
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
+ Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces.
+ Must have excellent written and documentation skills; be able to interface well with people.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
