Synthesis of functional hybrid materials and coatings--organic and inorganic, and their physical and chemical characterization.
Design of functional polymers.
Performing routine maintenance of laboratory equipment including calibration.
Active improvement of current standard operating procedures and test methods.
Development of analytical, inorganic and organic test methods with supporting instrumentation techniques.
Maintaining materials report database and document lab results into reports.
Ph.D. in Chemistry. Several years of postdoctoral training is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inorganic chemistry or polymer chemistry, experience with COFs, MOFS, and polymeric coatings.
Experience in multiple inorganic, organic and solid state synthetic techniques.
Structural chemistry/crystallographic proficiency.
Understanding of spectroscopy of organic compounds and mechanical and thermal analysis techniques. Hands on experience with TEM, SEM, XRD, FTIR, GCMS, LCMS, NMR, TGA, DMA, and DSC.
Good understanding of surface chemistry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
