Database Coordinator

Axis is looking for a Database Coordinator who will administer, evaluate and maintain company databases through data cleansing processes to support Business Operations and Marketing initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for overall data integrity, procedures and projects to drive business objectives and streamline company-wide internal customer databases for North America.
What You'll Do Here?
Database Maintenance
Actively clean and update outdated or inaccurate information in internal sales systems
Proactively remove duplicate records
Conduct online research and make outbound calls to populate missing/incorrect data
Performs data entry and oversees the data entry process. Recommends policies and guidelines for data entry to ensure the integrity of company databases
Develop processes that minimize data errors and provide internal training for employees to ensure standardization
Data cleansing for effective lead management process
Work with Lead Management team to ensure incoming data is appropriately processed
Support process & assist with preparation of incoming trade show/webinar/event leads
Support overall sales & marketing strategy by improving database, marketing automation and lead management performance based on prioritized business objectives
Process improvement and long term data management
Document database standard operating procedures
Review, analyze, and evaluate database systems and user needs to provide recommendations and system enhancements to support business and marketing objectives
Together with Manager, develop and execute short and long-term plans to improve data quality
Under management guidance facilitate data quality improvement projects, including vetting potential 3rd party companies to support long-term data integrity goals
Metrics and Reporting
Summarize data findings and project statuses for management via weekly and monthly reporting
Meet key performance indicators to ensure projects are progressing
Oversee day-to-day integrity of database, database procedures, assess data practices which may include conducting weekly and monthly audits of systems to confirm use of accurate entry processes

What You'll Need?
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years' experience in a business setting
Data maintenance / CRM database experience
Customer service experience
Fluent and accurate in Microsoft Office
Valued but not required skills or experience
Salesforce experience
Pardot experience
Bilingual in Spanish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
