Principal Systems Engineer (P189776)

Primary Functions:
Key contributor in generating product ideas and concepts.
Document functional requirements, develop system architecture and topology, and generate design specifications at the systems and sub-system levels.
Lead the system design and guide the overall design efforts in all disciplines.
Make certain the right balance between main technical disciplines (software, electrical, and automation/mechanical) is achieved in meeting the requirements and resolving technical issues.
Hands on; troubleshoot, debug, and qualify products at all levels (systems, subsystems, etc). A go to person for identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
Clearly and concisely express and document ideas, issues, options, etc.
Generate meticulous, detailed, and thorough documentations.
Ensure that the specifications, schedule, and the budget have been met
Responsible for leading Risk Analysis activities, Design Failure Modes Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Fault tree Analysis (FTA), Risk Management Reporting, etc.
Lead the creation of requirements traceability documentation demonstrating design inputs are adequately traced to appropriate outputs and tests.
Lead Design Verification Testing (DVT) efforts (including extended reliability tests), create test protocols, procedures, and final reports.
Develop the required documentations during the development and for transfer to manufacturing.
Provide the highest-tier (3rd tier) of technical support to the field service and manufacturing groups.
Technical lead during the product launch. Lead the efforts during the first several customers' installs and acceptance tests. Travel (could be extensive) to customer sites during this period.
Work well within the cross-functional team environment.
Support new business opportunities, lead program tiger teams, and participate in industry-wide events.
Lead and mentor less experienced engineers.
A BS or MS (preferred) EE/ME
15+ years experience with capital/process equipment with significant robotics, mechanisms, and automation.
Completed a minimum of 3 product life cycles (from concept to production) as a leader and a key technical contributor.
Strong multi-disciplinary experience. Solid experience in systems design and engineering of products with complex and multi-tier software, robotics/ automation mechanisms, and electronics.
Demonstrated capability to perform engineering analysis and familiarity with commonly used engineering analysis tools (e.g. FEA)
Experience with regulatory tests & requirements (e.g. CE mark) and strong electrical engineering background is a big plus.
Experience in developing automation products in life sciences and ISO 13485 Quality Systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented while being flexible, open, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans. Understanding of the market requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues.
Must have a strong work ethic and good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a minimum supervision or direction.
Interact professionally and courteously with customers, sales/marketing, customer support/service, and manufacturing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
