Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving growth of Barracuda MSP's existing partner (customer) relationships via a combination of campaigns, engagement activities, and sales and marketing enablement.

As a member of the Barracuda MSP team, the Partner Marketing Manager will play a role in protecting thousands of small-medium sized businesses by bringing leading IT security solutions to managed service providers.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to both strategize and execute effective marketing programs. The Partner Marketing Manager will help drive a promotional calendar to drive adoption of a growing suite of security and data protection solutions, and oversee the Partner Portal and enablement offerings.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partner Marketing teammates to:
Strategize, execute, and report on targeted marketing campaigns, working closely with Sales and Account management teams
Administer Partner Toolkit, and drive adoption of the Toolkit
Assist with Partner Toolkit content creation (blog posts, research statistics, white label content)
Conduct ongoing research to fuel critical goal of delivering Partner intelligence
Coordinate with Events team to recruit attendees to company-hosted lunch and learns
Leverage advocate marketing platform and advocate relationships to amplify marketing messaging and generate engagement among Partners
Liaise cross functionally with other teams to create value-added marketing opportunities
Requirements
3-5 years' experience as part of a high growth marketing team
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Must work independently, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Direct experience writing engaging customer-facing content and communications
Ability to operate cross-functionally
Strong collaborator and team player
Ability to effectively liaise with individuals at all levels within the company
Proven demand generation experience
Ability to develop and implement creative solutions
Channel marketing experience is a plus
Technology or security marketing is a plus
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketo is a plus



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
