Due to our continued growth and success, we have an opening for Spanish speaking Technical Services Engineer to provide support to our customers in Central and South America.
This is a FULLY ONSITE SECOND-SHIFT position based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Chelmsford, MA and the hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST)
What You'll Do Here?
Provide the highest quality technical pre-sales and post-sales support for Axis products to Axis end customers, Axis partners and Axis employees. Support is provided via telephone, online helpdesk, and live chat.
Ensure Customer Cases are documented thoroughly, attention to detail is required
Qualify product(s) in question for a returned materials authorization
Complete quarterly management based objectives
Meet or exceed quarterly statistical goals
Consistently engage in training and educational initiatives
What We Are Looking For ?
Understanding of computer TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
Customer focused professionals
Detailed oriented troubleshooting
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with configuring switches, routers and/or disk drives
Professional and friendly phone etiquette
What You'll Need ?
Solid computer understanding
Knowledge of TCP/IP and Networking Fundamentals
Call center and/or customer service background
Bilingual language skills: English and Spanish
Valued, But Not Required ?
CCTV Installation and/or configurations
Programming and application design
Use of phone response tools and/or help desk applications
Fundamental understanding of Physical Access Control/ Security Systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
