Responsibilities includes work under the microscope using tweezers and varieties of epoxies (die attach components) tacking covers, install connectors read and understand blue prints, filled out process cards, board epoxy attach, substrate epoxy attach, and soldering to IPC 610 standards and being certified, work with prototypes and engineers, full understanding of inspection criteria, ability to perform reworks, able to train other people, independent.
5-10 years of experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate and understand of all verbal and written instructions
Soldering experience is a plus.
Manual and auto die attach are plus.
Knowledge and accuracy of complete process cards and documents on data base (Epicor-9).
