Construction Manager

Overview / Responsibilities
Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure has an opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our Chelmsford, MA team to support facility operations and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures federal, state, local and corporate policy and regulatory compliance
Enforce safety standards to achieve a safety culture where no accidents occur
Ensures that all work performed on behalf of the company meets the highest quality
Manages, performs, and oversees contract specific maintenance activities ensuring on-time delivery of services utilizing both employee labor and subcontractors
Coordinates with client to ensure acceptable level of impact to production while performing maintenance and repair activities
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance including responding to urgent and emergency situations
Skills / Qualifications
At least 3 years of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for office-type buildings >500,000 square feet
Must pass drug screen and background check

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
