Home Health Clinical Field Staff Supervisor, RN - Full Time
Responsibilities
At Encompass Home Health, our Clinical Field Staff Supervisors are Registered Nurses who are responsible for the overall coordination of home health services provided to all clients.
Contribute to the overall company success by effectively facilitating the relationship between referral sources, patients, caregivers and employees
Communicate with physicians' offices and play an active role in establishing and coordinating patient care.
Act as the resource person with extensive knowledge of the regulatory guidelines governing home health agencies.
The Clinical Field Staff Supervisor is a highly visible role and one that is essential in the efficient flow of information and execution of quality patient care.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which he/she currently practices.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in the healthcare industry.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health.
Must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health services and be able to problem-solve effectively.
Knowledge of the Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
