The ideal candidate for this position would possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
As well as being capable of effectively communicating with vendors, colleagues, and customers via phone, email.
- This Candidate will be supporting Operations by overseeing a range of tasks including purchasing, expediting, and tracking inventory.
- Their responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing customer orders, and managing material purchasing and receiving processes.
- They will have specific accountability for overseeing multiple customers involved in kitting projects, which entails tasks such as obtaining pricing for kit components, identifying alternative parts and vendors as necessary, and ensuring timely completion of kits.
-Additionally, they will maintain a detailed spreadsheet of all required kit parts and generate the Bill of Materials (BOM) to streamline manufacturing and order shipment upon product receipt.
-Apart from these duties, this individual will be required to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
