Summary:

Duties:
- Perform detailed inspections of residential properties, including homes, apartments, and condominiums - Evaluate the structural integrity and overall condition of the property - Inspect electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other essential components - Conduct quality inspections to ensure that construction or renovation projects meet industry standards - Collect data and document findings during inspections - Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports for clients - Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on inspection findings - Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Inspector or similar role - In-depth knowledge of construction inspection techniques and practices - Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics - Strong understanding of building codes and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and observational skills - Ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
