Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support and guidance to newly recruited agents during their first 90 days.
Coach and mentor agents with varying levels of experience to help them succeed in their roles.
Onboard agents onto systems, processes, and best practices to ensure a smooth transition.
Build and reinforce positive habits and behaviors that lead to long-term success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
Knowledge of real estate or brokerage industry is a plus, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
