Modern office setting Duties - Manage and oversee daily office operations - Greet patients and schedule appointments -Check insurance eligibility -Collect co-pays from patients - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed -Check insurance eligibility -Balance office production and collection - Manage office filing system Qualifications - Strong clerical and organizational skills - Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skill Note:
