How You'll Perform The Role Work with mold departments supervisors, mold maintenance and mold techs in order to identify problems in the processing of product To continuously take a proactive PM position with the shops tooling Review injection molding processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement To ensure injection molding process are optimized and documented To maintain cavitation Assist action teams and increase awareness of awareness of continuous improvement to the technical staff To start up new tools, document and develop process sheets What We Need From You High School diploma or equivalent, some technical school Working knowledge of injection molding process Eligible to work in the United States Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen Work overtime as required Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management What You'll Get From Us Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance (including Telehealth options) as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
