How You'll Perform the Role Position
Summary:
The Utility Worker is responsible for insuring that proper production supplies are available to production employees, production tickets are properly made out to match shift production and assigned areas are clean throughout the shift.
Essential Functions & Key
Responsibilities:
Provide cartons and bags to the designated areas on the production floor Check for safety issues on the floor and in their work area Ensure proper bags are with correct boxes and that cartons and bags match Account for all production using the companies ticketing system To palletize products according to company specifications To assist the supervisor in orderly changeovers in the production area To move product as required by production schedules First shift utility is responsibility for unloading corrugated trailers, (if applicable) Second shift utility is responsible for keeping the bag rack in an orderly condition.
(If applicable) Third shift utility is responsible for keeping the film and tape racks in an orderly condition.
(If applicable) Follow general GMP and Safety Guidelines Use the WMS barcode scanning system Use the handheld pallet strapping machine Other Duties as assigned What We Need From You Candidate Requirements:
