Summary:
The Military Marketing Manager Americas is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the North American and Latin American Military Business to help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand.
There is a clear focus planning and managing the tactical activities supporting the Military Sales Team in the U.
S.
This position works closely with:
Director of Military MarketingSales Leadership and Military Sales TeamGlobal Product Management providing input on trends and future needs of the military marketMarCom Team; to ensure effective and consistent communication with our military customersClinical Marketing and other key functional areas
Essential Functions:
Serves as product and market expert as it relates to Military Medical for both ZOLL and the competition.
Collects, analyzes, and maintains competitive intelligence - including product literature and pricing - and communicates information as appropriate within the organization.
Develops regional Military Marketing plan for U.
S.
and Latin America in close collaboration with Military Marketing Director and Military Sales Leadership.
Thinks strategically to create new sales tools and marketing collateral.
Implementation and execution of strategies and tactics supporting our global and regionalMilitary strategic objectives.
Manages North American and Latin American military trade shows.
Takes customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.
Skills Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and salesDemonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
Current knowledge or aptitude to learn clinical applications of product in military marketWilling to do light physical work.
Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills.
Strong results orientation.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of time5-8
years (minimum) medical device marketing experience.
Experience/background in Military preferred but not essential.
Required/Preferred Education and
Experience:
