Your role and
Responsibilities:
Full cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor relations Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP system Manage 1099 vendors and process Update daily cashflow forecast Track lease activities Perform month-end AP closing Process credit card and manual check expense allocations Prepare payroll journal entries Manage garnishments Support financial audits Process expense reimbursements Ad-hoc tasks as requested Knowledge, education and skills required:

years' experience in a corporate environment with focus on A/P and payroll Knowledge of standard payroll/withholding and garnishment laws Some bookkeeping experience desired Minimum 1-year hands-on experience Great Plains AP Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) Experience with ADP payroll system including hourly payroll and incentive pay Personal characteristics:
