2K - $110K a year Job Title Business Reporting Analyst Job Description Axis' Business Operations team is looking for a Business Reporting Analyst who will take a proactive approach in understanding Axis' business with a focus on our Channel and End Customer Program.
The role will provide stakeholders with the statistical and financial reporting and analysis to drive revenue growth throughout the Americas.
The position will act as a business partner to align regional and global reporting across the programs, systems, and reporting.
Analysis will be used to make business decision and ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who possess strong business acumen and be an ambassador to change.
This is an onsite role (with some flexibility) based out of our corporate headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.

What you'll do here as Business Reporting Analyst? Provide financial and statistical business analysis to support and drive business initiatives for large the Channel and large End Customers Reporting includes but not limited to channel, sales, product, and buying trends of top End Customers with a focus on top 20 Align with Regional Operations team on forecasting trends to drive revenue growth and grow deeper with key customers Calculate performance against goals and maintain list of customer accounts Utilizes known expected trends and understanding of the business and organizational structure to validate accurate reporting; performs detailed analysis and present findings in an organized manner Align with Regional and Global Salesforce teams on standardized reporting for Key Account Managers to drive how best for Axis to utilize for business analysis Work as a liaison to support global initiatives to drive standardized End Customer reporting Prepare and distribute various reports and analysis on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis for all stakeholders and levels of Management Develop new report packages and dashboards utilizing Qlik Sense and/or Salesforce Proactively analyze business trends to support Management's business decisions for growing the program Look for ways to improve reporting and streamline processes across Axis Americas Performs other related duties as needed including but not limited to ad-hoc analysis and overall Business Operations support Who are we looking for/Who are you? Demonstrated competency in business acumen, strategic thinking, adapting to change Strong Financial analytical skills Proactive approach to understand Axis business and reporting needs Strong working knowledge of business systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in working cross functionally Strong attention to detail and time management and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated experience with taking initiative while being resourceful and flexible Ability to demonstrate advanced experience with Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, Sumifs, report generation Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present findings/summarized data from large data sets We'd love to hear that you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or other related degrees associated to Business Analytics Fluent in all Microsoft Office Applications Experience using Qlik sense, Salesforce, Anaplan, and other information systems a plus 3-5 years experience Valued but not required skills or
Experience:
Master's Degree in a related field Experience database management System Implementation experience Experience with Salesforce CRM Physical Demands and Travel:
