Regional Sales Manager

WHO YOU ARE:
The ideal candidate has experience developing territory business plans to successfully prospect, qualify, present, demonstrate, quantify, negotiate and close Softscape business to companies under 5000 employees.
The candidate must demonstrate sales leadership in managing all aspects of a committee-based complex sale.
This mid-market sales manager must be comfortable with establishing and cultivating high-level and executive level relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sell the client Events at an enterprise level to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Develop territory business plans to successfully prospect, qualify, present, demonstrate, quantify, negotiate and close Softscape business to companies under 5000 employees.
Demonstrate sales leadership in managing all aspects of a committee-based complex sale.
Must be comfortable with establishing and cultivating high level and executive level relationships.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of three (3) years' experience as an outside Sales Rep for ERP/HCM software company.
Demonstrable skills for qualifying prospects and matching product offerings with customer needs Good consultative selling practices, exploratory information gathering techniques and analytical skills.
Interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated experience managing time with multiple priorities and tight deadlines ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
