$30K - $38K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago VPT Rad is seeking a dependable individual to provide part-time administrative support for our Radiation and Test Services Laboratory located in Chelmsford, MA.
Hours for this position are somewhat flexible with a tentative schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 a.
m.
to 2 p.
m.
Qualified candidates must be highly organized with strong communication and customer service skills.
Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an ability and eagerness to lend a hand where needed.
Previous front desk experience is a plus.
As an Office Assistant you will perform a variety of administrative and office support duties including, but not limited to:
Directing incoming phone calls accordingly Greeting visitors and direct to appropriate team member Maintaining filing and scanning for the office Shipping & receiving packages and mail and distributing accordingly Data entry Ordering office supplies Because of the nature of the position a US Person is required.
Compensation is competitive and will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement.
