We will be hiring ONE person to join our company as a real estate apprentice.
This job will be a minimum of 6 months in duration and a maximum of 12 months.
During this time you will be paid a base salary of $40,000/year and have the ability to take advantage of our benefits package offered to our W2 employees.
You will be working IN PERSON 40 hours a week at our office in Chelmsford, MA and this includes BOTH Saturday and Sunday each week (because once you transition into the role of being a traditional real estate agent, let's be real, you'll be working weekends).
We will pay for your real estate licensing classes and we will compensate you during the time that you are actively taking the classes.
We will pay you for your study time after completing the classes and prior to taking your exam.
And then we will reimburse you for the cost of your exam (up to 2 tries).
We are going to give you all the training that you need on scripts and how to work with actual customers.
And then once you obtain your license we will be paying you for your time shadowing real life appts with successful agents in our company- located in the market that you will be selling in.
Once you feel confident that you are ready to make the leap and start selling full time, we will transition off staff and into a traditional real estate agent role.
This can happen anywhere between month 6 and month 12- depending upon when YOU feel ready to make the leap.
The schedule will consist of 4 days/week working 10 hour shifts each day.
Saturday and Sunday are 2 days that are definite the other 2 days can be worked out based on your schedule.
You will have to be comfortable making phone calls, having conversations and role playing.
The biggest part of the successful agents job isn't actually showing pretty houses, it's connecting with customers, building relationships and booking appointments.
You must be coachable and willing to be pushed outside your comfort zone from time to time.
There is NO negotiation on the base pay for this job but once you obtain your license there are opportunities to earn additional money by covering showings, attending inspections and doing other tasks for agents within the office.
There is also the possibility for extra pay by working extra hours and picking up additional shifts as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
