The Enterprise Excellence Engineer II provides hands-on support to transforming the business by developing and implementing systems that continuously improve the flow of value and challenge people to think and fix problems every day. Principal Responsibilities o Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of site transformation and Enterprise Excellence strategy o Complete or assist with completion of process improvement projects in collaboration with site and regional teams o Develop, Teach, and Coach process improvement tools and methodologies including but not limited to, Structured Problem Solving, Value Creation, Waste Elimination, Visual Management, 5S plus Safety, Standard Work, Error Proofing, and SMED o Actively participate in daily (production) management and daily problem solving activities; primarily in the value stream level and plant levels. Participate in regional activities as required o Apply engineering and analytical practices in the support of process improvement o Lead planning, organization, and execution of Rapid Improvement Events (Kaizen Events) o Apply benchmarking and best practice sharing to expand improvements o Adhere to company policies and procedures o Perform other duties as assigned Education / Experience Requirements o Higher Level Degree or Advanced Education Required; Focus in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Field a plus o Bachelor Degree Preferred o Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma, or related Certifications desired o 6-9 years experience, typical. A Bachelor Degree or higher is typically required. o Previous Experience in manufacturing or distribution desired o Previous Enterprise Excellence Experience Required o Proficient with computer business applications (MS Office Suite) and advanced applications (MS Visio, MS Project, CAD, etc) o Broad application of basic and advanced engineering, analytical, and Enterprise Excellence concepts o Limited development, teaching and coaching of basic and advanced engineering, analytical, and Enterprise Excellence concepts Specialized Skills / Other Requirements PREFERRED SKILLS:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
