Summary:
Designs, develops, documents, and maintains software build and release environments, tools and process for software for ZOLL Resuscitation products.
Essential Functions:
Create, improve, and maintain the build and release environment, tools, and processes used for creating embedded and application software. Assess and implement new tools and processes necessary to improve the software development process and quality, safety, and security of our products. Manage day-to-day tool infrastructure, including tools and systems, troubleshooting issues and identification of resources needed to resolve problems. Participate as an active team member in all aspects of the software development life cycle Collaborate with the cross functional team to deliver high quality products Stay current with state-of-the-art technologies, tools, and techniques for automation, quality, and security as applied to software development Document designs, processes and procedures Skills Requirements:

years experience working in a DevOps / Release Engineering environment 2
years experience with build management tools, particularly Jenkins pipelines 2
years experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with SVN, TFS and git desired Experience with build/continuous integration tools Experience with build automation & software project management tools Experience in designing, building, maintaining and coordinating an automated build/release from development to production environment Experience with virtualized and containerized environments a plus A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Capable of concurrent management of multiple code, integration, and deployment branches of a highly complex software system Experience with one or more scripting languages - Python or Shell Scripts preferred Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Teams, Nexus Repo Manager and Static Analysis tools desired Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with medical device development is helpful, but not required Required/Preferred Education and
