Summary:
Plans and manages the tactical marketing activities for the North American Hospital Resuscitation Market. Works closely with the Director of Marketing and other marketing managers as well as sales leadership; field sales and clinical teams; sales training; marketing communications team (graphics, web, trade shows, PR; etc.); and other key functional areas. Additional responsibilities are as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Serves as product and market expert as it relates to hospital products for both ZOLL and the competition. Collects, analyzes, and maintains competitive intelligence - including product literature and pricing - and communicates information as appropriate within the organization. Thinks strategically to create new sales tools and marketing collateral. Provides sales force with competitive, market, product, and technical data on a timely basis. Assists with new hire sales training and works closely with our training department to develop training material. Provides US field sales support and communicates with other customer-facing departments, specifically customer service, tech support, contracts, and sales development. Takes customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing. Skills Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams. Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills. Strong results orientation. 5 - 8
years (minimum) medical device marketing experience. Experience/background in resuscitation, cardiology, and/or cath lab preferred but not essential. Ability and willingness to travel minimum 20%. Required/Preferred Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline; clinical experience a plus. Other Duties:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
