It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL! Job Summary ZOLL's Headquarters Operations Team strives to support and help grow ZOLL's business by providing exceptional service through responsiveness and quality.
ZOLL ships goods from three USA locations to 100
countries.
The International Logistics Shipping clerk is a key role in managing overall satisfaction of International Warehouses, Business Partners and End Customers.
Assist in handling and arranging various aspects of international shipments from inception, documentation, shipment, distribution and AES filing according to customer requirements.
Process shipping paperwork ensuring timely and accurate delivery and compliance with all regulations regarding US Customs and DOT regulations.
Essential Functions Manage export shipments made through parcel carriers and freight forwarders for assigned world territories.
Create and manage export documentation to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience College graduate preferred 2-5
plus years' experience in international shipping and documentation preferred Hazmat certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook email, Internet search capability, adobe acrobat.
Experience with Oracle is helpful.
Must be capable and willing to learn and master new computer skills and programs.
The ability to multi-task and prioritize high volume workload.
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and interact with all customers and alliance partners.
Collaborate with sales operations to ensure customer compliance.
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Knowledge of world geography and global socio-economic conditions a plus.
